To introduce the people of Tehran—especially the younger generation who frequent the northern highlands—to the lifestyle of western Iran (Kurdistan), a 400-square-meter cultural-guest house was designed and built. Inspired by the traditional houses of Uraman Takht village in Kurdistan, the structure is integrated into the natural landscape and surrounding rock formations.
It includes reception areas, a handicrafts workshop, a manager’s residence, a library, an open space for celebrations and music, a kitchen and more.
