This plan involves designing the corridor of Modarres Highway from the Resalat Highway intersection to Shahid Haghani, spanning 2.7 kilometers. In this design, the previously isolated and scattered areas surrounding the highway are interconnected, and the view and corridor of Taleghani Park are integrated with the highway landscape. Additionally, to reduce costs, enhance safety, and streamline construction, a reinforced earth system has been used for the first time.
