Studies on Reconstruction and Renovation Patterns of Earthquake-Affected Areas | Tabas | 1979
Following the Tabas earthquake, together with engineers Abolghasem Kaveh and Jalil Divanbeigi, visits were made to 33 earthquake-stricken villages around Tabas. Upon return, several designs were proposed for rapid shelter (initial single-room units) with the potential for gradual development into permanent homes, including public buildings and village layouts aligned with local conditions. Some of these prototypes were executed, and the complete collection was compiled in one volume and submitted to relevant officials at the Ministry of Housing.
