This complex, integrated with extensive green spaces at the entrance to the new city of Golbahar–Mashhad and spanning approximately 53 hectares, consists of several interconnected gardens serving various functions: an accommodation garden for non-Muslim foreign guests, a hotel for Muslim guests, a cultural youth garden, a shopping and promenade area, a hospitality garden, a garden offering thrilling amusements, a children’s garden, and other related spaces. The total built area of the complex is about 23,000 square meters.
