This residential complex consists of 882 housing units, designed by modifying the original “600-unit” project layout and adding eastern land parcels. The design features two-story houses in a variety of styles. The site, formerly labeled as a prefab housing area, includes land previously designated for a prefabricated housing project that was never implemented and part of it lies alongside the new overflow path of the Jarahi River. The final design of Negarestan accounted for all these factors.
