This project was designed on the northern heights of Jamshidieh, covering an area of approximately 30 hectares. It includes the design of five cultural–hospitality units:
Four Cultural Houses representing different regions of Iran, a central Gathering Point or Hub for the Cultural Houses, an alpine botanical exhibition, large stone sculptures, a stone park and a cable car. The stone garden is located along the natural mountain slope, between elevations of 1800 to 2100 meters. Additional Cultural Houses representing other ethnic groups were also planned for design and implementation, but the project remained incomplete due to a change in the city mayor at the time.
