"National gardens—such as those in Tabriz and Mashhad, as well as other existing parks—are legacies of our wise ancestors; a heritage shared by all generations and a valuable asset of each city, belonging to the people of the entire country. These gardens must be subject to dynamic stewardship (active conservation). Their use and management should respect the garden’s capacity so that they remain vibrant and beautiful, enduring for future generations."
