This project is designed for a 32-hectare garden. The plan connects the Lavizan Forest Park to the residential areas of Tehran Pars and includes the development of an Iranian garden, a natural garden and a cultural-service complex. The complex involves restoring the historic pavilion and converting it into a cultural center, constructing a new cultural building and creating various sports facilities for the northeastern region of Tehran.
